EU Return Policy
This policy applies only to consumers in the European Union. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
If multiple items from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.
2. How to Request a Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through your J4U customer account within the applicable withdrawal period.
Sign in to your account, select the applicable order, and submit your return or cancellation request.
3. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description and the problem is our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
For sales of goods, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply where an exception is provided by applicable EU law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
